Peter Longden Art Peter Longden studied at Oldham School of Art. He then worked in several advertising agencies before becoming a well established illustrator of numerous children's books and comics. Peter's portfolio contains many famous characters including Rupert, Noddy, Scooby Doo and Postman Pat. He has written books and strips featuring his own copyrighted characters, Major Tom, Cannelloni, Fun Guys and Neil Ithic and is currently working on various children's magazines.

Bill Mevin Art Bill Mevin studied at Liverpool's School of Art before joining Gaumont British Studios as a trainee film animator. Here he worked on the full length cartoon film "Animal Farm" and various animated shorts. Later Bill entered the world of children's comics where he drew many well known characters including, Dr Who, Popeye, Yogi Bear, and the Herbs. Bill is currently drawing the world famous strip "Perishers" for the Daily Mirror, written by Maurice Dodd.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. Shipping And Handling All artwork is sent by Royal Mail special delivery and is free for all orders in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. For orders outside the UK please Email, phone or write to us for a delivery quotation and shipping details. All requests will be dealt with promptly.

Delivery Schedule Delivery dates are dependent on payment method. For credit card payments orders are dispatched within 2 - 3 days. For cheque payments orders are dispatched within 5 - 6 days.

Tax Charges All orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Guarantee At Cartoon Art UK we hope that you will be delighted with the items that you purchase from us. However, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Where relevant ( outside the UK and N.Ireland ) packing and shipping charges incurred by us will be deducted from the refunded amount. All items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packing.
